Our 6 Step Process

A Guide into our Elevator Refurbishment process

Enquiry and Quoting

Initally, we simply require some basic details about the elevators in question. This includes the location, your desired finish, and a few photos and measurements if available. With this information, our team can provide you with an estimated quote.

Measuring and Design Consultation

Once you’ve decided to proceed, we’ll arrange a suitable time to visit the site and obtain accurate measurents if required. During this visit, we’ll discuss and confirm your preferred vinyl finish and make any recommendations to ensure the best end result.

Preparing for Installation

Before installation, we'll take care to prepare the surface of your elevators. This includes thoroughly cleaning the surface and addressing any rough or damaged areas. Then, we'll prime the surface with an adhesive primer to guarantee that the vinyl adheres securely and provides a professional, high quality finish.

Ordering and Scheduling

Once we have the information needed and have confirmed your quote, we'll order the vinyl in and schedule an installation time with you. Keep in mind, the installation process typically takes 4-6 hours on average, depending on the size of your elevator, and it will most likely be out of action during this time period.

Cutting and Installation

With the measurements taken during the consultation, each section of vinyl will be cut and trimmed to size. The vinyl is then applied to each section of the elevator, making sure it is precisely aligned and free of any air bubbles. The excess material is trimmed around any control panels and fixtures for a seamless finish.

Final Touches

Finally, we’ll perform a thorough inspection of the elevators to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. You can now enjoy your elevators with a fresh, updated look that will last for years to come.
